Shannell McEachin, CEO of the Y.T.I. Youth Tutoring Initiative, believes that each child has unique intelligence and unlimited potential. However, this potential in learning can go untapped when children do not receive the proper attention and encouragement needed to spark confidence in their own unique and unlimited potential. Mrs. McEachin believes that the Youth Tutoring Initiative will provide the encouragement, support, and tools that each student needs to believe in their potential, build their skill set and thrive as a successful learner.
